help im going insane

my child is 2 years old and has recentally started playing with his own faeces regardless if hes wearing a nappy or not. he then smears i on floor or tele and has no shame is this normal behaviour.

Dont raise attention to the issue,your child is trying to get a reaction,so dont give them one.Just clean the mess up calmly without talking to the child.When your child is cleaned up distract by playing with something & praise hugely for every smallest thing.Your child will soon see that only good behaviour warrents your attetion.Good luck!
