help me please.. i NEED to know :'(

i am on two types of medications already. seraquel XR and Prozac. i have anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder and anger issues. i get so mad sometimes and lose controll. its not even funny. i break things around me and i try to hurt myself... i want to go on another medication for anger problems but i dont think its healthy to be on so many medications at once. what should i do?

There should be no need to add another medication. The dose of the Seroquel can be adjusted in order to help with angry outbursts. In addition, you should be in group therapy that focuses on how to handle angry feelings.
