help with curious children

I have been raising my nephew for the past 9 months.  Shortly after he came here there was in incident at his mothers house that a guy she was with was molesting her children, although i do not know if this is related.  About a week ago my nephew had a friend over and they were hiding in the other room, there we being very quite so i got curious when i went to check on them he had his friends pants down and was touching his friends privates. Well confused as to what to do we told him that this is not ok and he freaked out screaming and throwing a fit when we were simply talking to him.  Well we hadn't had friends over for awhile and when we did they were in his room playing  one was playing a game and my nephew and his other friend were under the covers yet again he was doing the touching this time we put him in time out.  when he calmed down enough to talk to him he said that it was his 9yr old brother that taught him and he can't get it out of his head.   Please help i'm not sure to handle this behaviour should i take him to a child phycoligst i don't know?

I would absolutely see a child psychologist. the first reason is because there was possible moloestation happening and secondly, this behaviour has happened more than once and then him saying

'my 9yr old brother that taught he and i can't get it out of my head'.

To be on the safe side, i'd see a phychologist, as he may be predisposed to a lot of problems if their not sorted out. Hope it goes well :)
