im 13 and i have started puberty, i have armpit hair, pubic hair and my voice has been getting a lot deeper but i have 1 problem. my penis is 3-4 inches. my question is, if i have all of the "normal" changes with puberty then why is my penis so small?

Your penis is not small. It's fine. Let Mother Nature take its course. Bodies mature at different rates and even times. You're doing fine - you have no need to worry. The size of your penis is well within the average range for your age.

At 13 you shouldn't be to concerned by the size of your penis! Your main concern should be school and making good grades so you can get into a good college! And then after college,a good job!
