when i was tested at 12 1/2 years old my iq was 110 is that a normal iq for a 12 year old?

In theory,  dead on average is 100.  IQ is measured as mental age over chronological age,  so 100 is supposed to be calculated as average.

But if you come from a stable background and a fairly good school system,  you should expect the average child's  IQ to measure higher.

So yes.  Rest easy,  you're fine!
