iss this normal

my question is not about my child.it is about a boy in my daughters class.he is seven a year old than the rest of the class as he had to repeat preschool.he has behavioral problems hiting other  kids  disrupting the rest of the class ect(he pushed my daughter in the deep end of the pool eariier this year)ibelive he has been dignoised as addh.my concern his he goes around touch the girls on the bottom(my daughter included) i have also heard from  other mothers that he puts his hand down the boys pants .is this behavior normal for his age(i havent seen other children doing it)or a result af add.or could it be a syntom of somthing  happing to him

No, such behavior is definitely not the norm for a seven-year-old. Many children who display ADHD demonstrate problems with control of their impulses, and this could be a manifestation of that, but likely it represents a reaction to other things that are occurring in the child's life. Hopefully the school guidance personnel can intervene with the boy and his family.
