lump in daughters chest

my daughter has a lump in the centre of her left nipple and feels sold, it is painful for me to touch, what could this be?

How old is your daughter? If she is under 4, it is probably just a little mass caused by horomones from when you were carrying her/nursing her.

both of my daughters had/have it and the doctor said it is quite normal and nothing to worry about.
I think it was something to do with the ducts in the breast tissue related to the mothers horomones.

But, you should still see a doctor about it.
