my 3 year old is very bad

Hi i have a 3y old and he is very bad. he talks back to me and cruses. he hits me and doesnt listen. i take toys away. i give him time out. i take away his tv time. i even tell him if he behaves he could have a treat or go to the park. i do basically everything other mother do. but it not working. he also throws tantrums and thinks everything he does bad if funny. even hitting other children and adults. i was wondering if it had anything to do with his father abusing me? or us leaving his father? or his father not being around? what can i do ? i have a fiance and my son calls him dad now but sometimes calls him names to? could it be because a new guy is in his life?

And  get it for purposes of this post, but be sure to differentiate between he is bad, and his "choices" are bad when dealing with him. Call the DR. help with all these experiences could only help.

Possibly if he saw his Dad hitting or abusing you he is acting out,as he has so many differant behavoral problems you could seek some councelling for him or a chat with the Doc.There is usually some anxiety when they play up like this, meanwhile how about you forget about Punishment stuff and focus on Positive things , had he something he particularly likes to do,can you distract him from his Tantrums,he could be Jealous of your Fiancee make sure you both pay him attention, as he is your Fiancee I assume you will marry how about asking him to do Guy stuff with your son , some Ball or reading and Games.
