my 4 years old social problems...

my son is 4 ,he has been in a child care for more than one year but the child care provider keep telling me that he does not folow orders , he boder others childrens , he did not like play whit them , i asked his doctor about  and she said  that if he could manteing a relationship whit other child for one hours he is going to be fine.. he has a sister which  who he play old the time and fight also but i think is normal but the child care provider keep saing think can you help me please

is there any way for you to observe the class from a distance? perhaps if you saw his behaviors for yourself you would get a sense of why his childcare providers feel it is abnormal.
