my 7 year old daughter hears voices

A few months ago my 7yr old daughter started complaining about hearing voices in her head but she could not understand what they were saying as she said they to far away and whispering, after a while they seemed to disappear. However now they have come back but this time she can hear what they saying and she says they are telling her to do things that she knows is wrong. the most worrying one is that they are telling her to run away. She is clearly upset by this and has started to become very quiet. She has always been very confidant and outgoing. she has an older sibling who she gets on very well with, and there have been no changes to her everyday routine. I have spoke to her and she insists that there is nothing she is worried about ( other than the voices). They also tell her to write bad things in her diary ( which she never kept before the voices started) about myself and her sibling. She is very clever for her age and when i said that maybe it was thoughts or her concious she looked at me like i was stupid and insisted that she knew the difference between the two. i really don't know what to do. any suggestions?

Maybe take her to the doctor and have her looked at. Maybe she could be looked at by a child psychiatrist or child psychologist. This would be the first place to start. She needs some sort of help.
