my bro is 13 years old and he is afraid of sleeping alone

my brother is 13 years old and he is afraid of sleeping in his own even that he sharing the room with my other brother.
he want either they sleep in the same bed or he sleep with one of my parents and my mom just had enough and she doesn't know what to do
if there any suggestions please let's know

It is up to older brother not to allow him to so there is a responsibilty there, all he needs is consistancy, your Mom saysto him  stay in your own bed...  and also the brother as it sounds as if he is enabling the behavior ,how old is the older one ?

my older brother is 17 years old and he doesn't want that both of them sleeping in the same bed but he eventully accept after my younger brother crying ang begging
my mom does tell him to sleep in his own bed but if he did he will stay awake all night and that affect his study because he hardlly can wake up for school in good mood

The answer still is that the older brother says No to his Mom and that Mom listens and does not let the younger one have  his own way ,It will not change till he is left to yell and not allowed in anyones bed,if your mom cannot do it, then all will have to live with it ..good luck
