my child has adhd,bipolar,and is on prozac for his depression

my 6yr old is going out of control.he unlocks the door and plays outside without waking anyone up.he has cut the one screen out with a knife,and has tried killing the family turtle.he pushed out his screen to his room and tries to get on the roof.he see's a phychogist every month.i can not find a behavioral specialist near me who takes wellcare.im afraid of losing my son and his 2yr old brother because of some of the things he does.i dont know what to do or where to turn.can you please help my family?

With such dangerous behavior, your son should be evaluated on an inpatient psychiatric unit. In most jurisdictions such inpatient evaluations are arranged through the emergency room.
