my childern peeing in their room.

My childern are 4&5years old. Well for the last while they have been just been whipping there penis out peeing everywhere in there room. Its not because they are sleeping or cant get to the bathroom. They do it all day during the day when there playing or suppose to be taking a nap. They can get in the bathroom all doors stay open in my house and lights on. I jus dnt kno wat else to do. I have tooken toys away tv outside play time. Everything fun they like to do. I have seperated them to play seperatly and taking naps in different rooms. Thinkin maybe one is encouraging the otherm but that's not the case. I need help. I dnt kno how else to help them.
My oldest is out of control to. Not listening screaming and yelling at me. Slammimg doors. He has stabbed a lil kid in daycare wit a fork. Hit and bit his teachers he has pulled his teachers pants down several times. He has took a knife to his brothers back before. (All my knifes areput way up now). He jus has so much anger in him I dnt kno why.  He has been in conseling and therapy I have had behavior mangement people comin in my home to work wit him. Nithing is helping!! Wats the next step for me now? I have bipolar and depression anixey (anything new mks me wig out dnt take will to different surrounds or any kind of stress) and adhd. Could my son also have this which is wat causing all of this? Help me please. Im a mother of 4 but my older two are the one causing me problems and my younger to are jus fine n happy.

I made another doc appt for tomorrow. Lets see wat they tell me now.

How much more boundries to I need to set. They dnt hv there toys or game systems they cnt play together or go to sleep in the same room. I limit there drinks. I hv spanked my kids (yes I do believe in tha my parents did it to me I respect them, thas wat kids need in this world today. Judge if u want. Firm hand on the butt never hurt me jus my feelings). I put them in time out and in the corncer. There only so much I can do. N I hv put them in diapers n tha ddidn't help at all. Jus hurt there feelings but they still pulled it out and peed everywhere.

Where do I start? I dnt even know wat to do. What do I do bout them peeing everywhere?

This behavior begs for additional in-home intervention. Beyond that, the oldest child requires out-of-home help in a residential setting. This is not simply a parental behavior management issue.
