my daughter wilsit there weather in her car seat or laying down and cross her legs and make like grunting noises and straighten her crossed legs and her arm in air she like to gab somethng whie she doing it and if you touch he she'l get madand start crying. and once its all over she'll fall asleep.

You can look in to it but is it usually not something to worry about. If you feel that your doctor does not understand what you're trying to explain, you can video tape your daughter and show it to the doctor.
