my so will not eat anything

my son is 3 years old he never ate meat veggies or anything besides junk food i am worried for the last couple of day he's only ate like 2 buns and cookies and drank juice i need help

You must take your son to his pediatrician, who may order some lab work to check on your son's medical status. It's important that junk food not be an option. Why do you make it available to your son? It should not be in the house. It's important to use your judgement. Except is pretty unusual situations, 'Mother Nature' takes care of children's hunger. When kids are hungry, they will eat. It's up to you to be sure that what is served is nutritious. In any case, first have your son checked medically to be sure there is no metabolic proble, endocrine problem, etc.
