my ten year old step son soils himself and wipes poop on anything and everything

my step son wipes poo all over the house he soils himself and just stays in it as if he does not care he says he does not know he is doing it he is under camhs but they have no ideas it is really disgusting the other kids at school have started picking up on it and he has also wiped poo in school when he is at his mums he does it aswell i need help as i know this is not normal

It sounds as if he is upset about something, has there been any happenings could be upsetting him, do you get on okay with him , has he a new sibling or moved away from a parent , divorce? if you can get to the bottom of any problem then you can figure out how to mend the situation, ask him and also get feedback from hiis mom if there any problems when he goes there.
