need help

my 5 year old step son has add adhd but i think his problems are more than that he bites kicks punches and says things a 5year old wouldn't even think of saying he wont look no one in the eye he was born at 26weeks what can i do whats wrong with him

Does he takes meds for his condition, sometimes they have side effects that require adjusting, changing, are there any jealousy issues, has he had a new sibling , check out the dynamics of his life, does he get enough attention from you all, sometimes children do negative things if they are needing more attention, does his Dad play games and sports with him, it has been found that children with these disorders fair better when they  have a good amount of Physical activities ..get Dad more involved .
