possible pregnancy or miscarraige(miscarriage)

I missed my last period and am not sure if I am pregnant.  I haven't had any signs of pregnancy such as nausea, heartburn, fatigue, frequent urination or breast tenderness I have only missed a period.  I have had some severe cramping in my lower abdomen and my lower back lately but I have had no blood spotting at all.  I my skin has been breaking out also which all seems very similar to the symptoms I get about a week before my period, although I've had these symptoms off and on for about three weeks.  I do want to let you know that I have been under a lot of stress in the last two months and I'm curious if this could be a factor.  Does this sound like a pregnancy, a miscarraige (miscarriage), or just a missed period?  Is there anything else that I can consider?

MY WIFE IS PREGANANT. SHE IS AROUND 14 WEEKS INTO THE SECOND TRIMESTER. WITHIN THE PAST YEAR, BETWEEN 99, 2000, SHE HAVE HAD TWO ABORTIONS. THE SENCOND ABORTION, SHE GOT PREGANANT A MONTH AFTER THE PRECEDURE WAS TAKIN PLACE. NOW SHE IS EXPERIENCING SHARP PAINS IN HER BACK, SOMETIMES LOWER, SOMETIMES UPPER & ADOMINAL (abdominal). ALSO SHE HAS A CYST ON HER OVARIES WITH FURTHER COMPLICATES MATTERS. WE WENT TO SEE A SPEACILIST, BUT ALL THEY GAVE HER WAS FOLIC ACID PILLS, & TYLENOL w/ CODINE. AND JUST RECENTLY, THEY FOUND TRACES OF POTEIN IN HER URINE. SHE HAVING SMALL AMOUNTS OF DISCHARGE IN HER UNDERGARMENT, STILL NO BLOOD. MY QUEST IS TO GET A SENCOND OPINION, AND MY QUESTION IS, UNDER THESE SYMTOMS (symptoms), WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF HER HAVING THE BABY, OR A MISCARRIAGE? DR. I AM UNDER ALOT OF STRESS, AND I APPRECIATE ANY TRUE OPINIONS YOU CAN GIVE ME, THANK YOU.
