problems with my 9 yr old

Hi, i have a 9 ry old boy who i think is having problems dealing with anger. His father and i split up nearly 2 yrs ago, he does see his father on a regular basis, his fathers neighbours son(age13) has ADHD,ive seen a change in my sons behavour,hes more aggressive towards people,its affecting hes school, his attitude is horrible towrds people, im wondering if seeing this boy with adhd is having a imput on my son, my son has witnessed aggression from this boy and his attitude is wickedly horrid, im worried that my son is copying this boy,ive asked my sons father to keep a closer eye on my son while hes in his care, but to no avail he hasnt listened to me n thinks there isnt a problem,but i am getting the brunt of my sons attitudes and horrid behavour, please could you advise of what i can do for my son, as im getting extremely worried, i have made an appointment to see my local gp for his advice.. thankyou.
