problems with my sister

my sister is 10 years old and behaves really badly at home to the point where its beginning to put strain on our family life, she refuses to sleep in her own bedroom which she shares with me and prefers to sleep on the floor in my parents room, if we try to move her she will throw huge tantrums that have been known to wake up neighbours.
She swears constantly and is very agressive, yet when she is at school she's completly different. My parents say that she only acts like this because she's spoilt but there must be something else there becasue it's beginning to get out of hand, she has learning difficulties as well, could this be linked?

Sounds like she has learned some behavior here, who else swears, and is aggressive? As she is okay at school the problem is at home, consistancy on her being in her own room is the key here, if your parents continue to let her stay with them she will do it, it doesnt matter if she yells apologise to the neighbors and tell them why, once you ALL stick to it and dont let her, she will get it ,once you give way she will know she can continue. She should have consequences for the swearing and if others do it thats why she is ,I suggest you talk to your parents as they have to do it more than you .Good Luck
