I have put my daughter on Focus for Children. It is chewableChewable calcium Chewable-vite Chewable-vite with iron and I can not find a lot of reseach about it. I have noticed some difference but, then again we never had a bad day everyday so it is hard to say. I would like to know if there is a single herb i can try.
The biggest things that help kids with these issues are the OmegasOmega-3 Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-500 or EFA's including the DHA, B6&B12,Calcium.Magnesium,Zinc,as well as the other "multi vitamins" that we all need.
Watch their diet, especially Red Dye 40.
See if they have any allergies (dairy, wheat gluten big culprites)
