sexual arousal in 5 yr old boy

My almost 5 year old grandson comes in the bedroom with me when I change clothes after work. He lives with his parents and visits me once a week. I never let him see me, but I don't want him unsupervised in the rest of the house while I change. Last week he had an odd look on his face, I asked what was wrong and he felt his penis and said it was big. The next time he was over, he told me he wanted me to change clothes. I of course did not and will never be in that situation again. How should I handle this and is it normal???
