y boyfriend's six year old son, always goes to the bathroom in his pants. He bites his arm pulls out his hair and has very bad anger problems, is that related to the peeing in his pants?

Incontience in children can be related to other types of behavior issues. It sounds like this  child should be seen by a doctor for a mental health evaluation. Something seems off there, and I think this child sounds like he needs help.
