I get their newsletters--the economy slowed down the hunt for an investor apparently--but now they have one and are in third round of samples with lots of interested retailers. A national chain would probably only pick it up once a smaller one proves there is a market for it.
katie, do you know how long this company has been trying to launch? It looks like a website I've seen about 5 years ago, absolutely slow as Christmas.
I don't know why a national chain - like the Gap or JC Penney or something, doesn't take up this project. They'd make a mint - parents will pay double and triple for seamless soft clothing. There are SO many kids with sensory issues.
Kids without sensory issues would still appreciate clothing made without scratchy parts - this is a no lose proposition.
But I think I've seen this company a very long time ago, and they couldn't get it together.
I could be wrong.
