speech problems

Hi my 7 year old son doesnot use the correct grammer when talking. He was diagnosed as having PDD  when he was 4 years old but the latest evaluation has listed him under delayed devlopment and not PDD. He is out of ot and pt now and has  speech therapy 3 times a week. is this enough for him and what should i do to make him speek correctly. thanks

It's best to leave this in the hands of his speech therapist. Otherwise, your normal day-to-day communication can be burdensome for him. Of course, as you would any child, occasionally remind him of correct grammar, but don't dwell on it.

My son also has the habit of grinding his teeth at night has this anything to do with his speech. His entire mouth and tongue was checked and no defects found
