stange behaviour of a 4yr old

my son is 4yr old.i m facing a very strange problem with him from last 2 months.the scene is, we have just shifted to a new city n my son is not able to adjust in the new environment even after one month of time.
at home he is a very normal child, he talks to us properly,does his home work, watches tv n everything but when he meets anybody out he behaves very differently, he shows anger, that time he doesnt lisen to me,some times raises hand on me, dont talk to the other person properly etc.
we r very much worried for his behaviour.what shud we do?
plz help.
