swollen lymph nodes

my 3 year old has swollen lymph nodes one on back of head and the doctor said her glands on her neck were swollen. and is running a fever of 101. doctor really didn't seem concerned thought the swollen lymph nodes were from her bites.just wondering could it be something else. my daughter not complaining of sore throat.

Bites??  does she bite herself?  Make sure it doesnt go on for too long, take her back to the Doc if she continues with a fever.
