I have a 2 yr and 4 month old child and im concerned cause she dosnt really talk. Iam wondering if something is wrong or if she might have something wrong .Like could she be autistic or something .How old ahould a toddler be when she stars to talk.Or should i even be concerned?

In most circumstances, by the age of one year a child may be able to use single words as labels to identify objects, and this use of language continues between the ages of twelve to twenty-four months or so. They first attach labels to family members, foods, favorite toys, items of clothing, etc. At this stage, they are able to understand language much better than they are able to speak the language.

Next, the youngster moves on to use two word 'phrases', and the rate at which children acquire this abuility varies (as do all areas of development). Most children can do this by the age your child has reached.

Does your daughter say any words? Is she able to use so-called labels in any fashion? Or does she absolutely use no spoken language? If she is using some words, I wouldn't worry - the pace of language acquisition will likely pick up soon. If she is using no language at all, this would more likely signify a problem. Be sure to consult with your pediatrician about your concern.
