hi everyone i have an 18 month daughter,she is very active and likes alot of attention,but when she does something wrong and i tell her noshe has a complete strope she tenses up and throws herself on the floor,is this quite normal and how do i address it because at the moment i havent reacted to her moods.

Yes, it's normal. Ignore the reaction and carry on with whatever you are doing. Paying it any attention will only serve to reinforce it.

she also refuses to eat alot,she is 24 pounds,but still loves her milk i have restricted it in the day,but she still dont eat alot she is in the process of trying to feed herself so it could be that

Remember that she is in a time of transition between infant-type eating and toddler-type eating. One of the things children learn at this age is to feed themselves, and now you can be having her beign to use utensils to eat. You are right to think that her habits now are associated with her learning to eat on her own. Whole milk, by the way, is a good thing for her, but cotinue to expose her to new food items.
