My friend's 11 year old daughter started doing this. She was treated for the "tics" with Clonidine. This medication made her sleepy and barely functional, and it didn't take care of the tics. After seeing a specialist, it was discovered that she had the Strep virus in her blood. She never had any fever or symptoms. Now she has to be on medication for 3 years. Please see a doctor soon.
Good luck and God Bless.
