touched my cousins privet parts

ok so this is what happened when i was 12 i am 14 now but when i was 12 i had this cousin the was 7 and we just ended up touching each others privet parts a ive been feeling really guilty and i no better now and i don't no what to do because if i tell her mom she will never trust me to be around them again and i don't know what to do
and im afraid if she tells
