violate 6 year old girl

My daughter will be 6 years old in nov. of this year. she was asked not to come back to daycare earlier this summer because of hitting and disrespecting teachers and other kids. she even used her bookbag to hit another child  in the face b/c the little girl had a toy she wanted. My daughter even hit the teachers at daycare when they punished her. Now that she has been at public school in the 5k program she has only received "green" two days in a month and a half of school. The school works on green/yellow/red system. she has only received a handful of reds but yellows are  everyday. She is violate towards me, her mother, her grandmother, her step dad, & her older brother. Her mother has had a baby with her new husband about a year ago and so far my daughter seems to not lash out at him violately. She does scream and yell at this child for knocking her blocks down, crawling over her coloring books, etc. She has been nose to nose with this baby yelling "stop it". she has so many temper tantrumes and is so disrespectful that the lady I am dating has had to limit time with her because of how my daughter behaves towards her and her children. She has been violate with everyone she is around. She lives with her mother and I have her every other weekend. my little girl acts this way and worse at both homes, towards every adult, at school, at church, everywhere. Manners are out of the question for her. I have a parent teacher confrence this week with her teacher after several phone calls and notes and I fear my daughter is going to be asked to not come back to her school.  Both houses have tried everything from time out to taking things away,I did not bringing her along on a camping trip one weekend because she was violate to an adult. I don"t know where this is coming from. She has moments where she is a happy sweet little girl then its like a light switch is turned on and she is mad at the world. She will bully other kids out of their toys.

Your daughter should be evaluated by a pediatric mental health professional. Her behavior is indicative of serious emotional disturbance. Such aggressive, violent behavior is way outside the normal spectrum of childhood behavior problems.
