violent 10 year old

my son has severe speech and language impairment,he is extreemly violent to me and his brothers and sisters,threatens to kill him self and me,has facial tics and swears all the time,last week in swimming urinated in the middle of the changing rooms in front of all the boys,camhs say could be asbergers but i thought tourrettes,smears in the bathroom all overwalls curtains,strangles thumps bites,kicks,please help

You need to get this kid into therapy fast. He's getting bigger and he could seriously hurt someone. You may even have to leave him overnight in a hospital for observation and for them to try to see what could be wrong and whether medication would work. Please don't delay. This is serious and needs to be taken seriously. This is not normal behavior. Something's seriously wrong. I know you would want him to get help. He's crying out for help. You need to get him seen by a professional and get a proper diagnosis, the sooner the better.

have  tried all the proffesionals i can with the exception of going private,all they have done issent me on a parenting course which i have already done,i am so scared he is going to serious hurt me or one of the others at home,i have blacked out a couple of times when he has strangled me ,his favourite game is putting something over his 5 year old sisters head and sitting on it,help cant cope,no one listening to me
