viral rhinitis or viral phyrngitis

4yrs older with clear nasal secretion.bilateral congestion.having dry cough and slightly hyperemic pharynx.no lymph nodes enlagement.body aches and fever..what is diagnosis ether he has phayngitis or rhinitis..need one best diagnosis

He needs to be seen by a doctor to be sure, no one on here can give a definitive answer unless you post in the doctors forum. Even then, you're not guaranteed to get a answer. If he has fever with congestion with all the other symptoms, he needs proper medical care. Take care.
