what do i do

I am a stay at home mother with 6 kids ages 14-10 months.My 10 year old thinks I hate him sometimes I wonder myself.He was the sweetest kid till about 6-7 years old then something happened, I lose my temper so fast with him.He does everything I ask him not to do, we have had him tested and he has occd slightly.Tonite he said I hated him because our fights get so bad, sometimes I want to give him to my parents to raise because its so bad. Is it me with the problem?I would do anything for any of my kids, he gets no less and wants for nothing.Grounding does no good or taking things away.i cry when its all over with when he treats me the way he does.

What do you mean by occd?  Are you referring to OCD or ODD or something else?

Don't be so confrontational with him. Maybe that's what he wants, even if he doesn't enjoy it. Break the habit. If he misbehaves (but is not a danger to anyone) ignore him, walk away, read a book. Don't yell. He wants to get a rise out of you. Don't fall for it. Remember - it takes two for an argument.
