what do i need to do about my 4 year old

my 4 year old chid, she driving me crazy i dont no what to do .she acts up everywhere when others kids come around she dont even knows them she kicks them be fighting them .i can tell her to stop doing something thats wrong ,she want stop ,i can put her in time out .like i can tell her to go to her room ,she come right back out.her teacher says she want stay on task,she always ways fighting with other students,she dont knows how to slove problems with using words,she needs to be reminded to do her work and she not understand what to do .i have 1 year old she love to bother her all the time.please help me

You should not attempt to manage this situation by yourself. It will be important to figure out, through an evaluation by a child psychologist or other pediatric mental health clinician, whether your dughter is displaying signs of a mood disorder or whether her behavior is more the result of parent/child difficulties in the arena of behavior management. It sounds like you can, at the very least, use some help around behavior management, and the clinician can help you with that.
