1month old bm

My daughter is 1 month old. She seemed to be okay with her bms but now it seems she has trouble. She only goes once a day. My first daughter had the same problem and I changed her formula because I thought she was lactose. Nothing helped. I give my 1 month old a little water and that seemed to help. I get scared for her when she doesn't go he once day. I don't want to take her through the changes I did my first child. Is there anything to give an uinfant to help her.

Moving their bowels once a day is fine. You need to be concerned when they are not doing it once a day. Are her bowels hard? I suggest giving her water once or twice during the day at her feedings.
