3 1/2 year old Nutritional Health

I have a 3 1/2 year old grandson that wants a bottle.  The bottle's ingredients are 6 ozs. of whole milk, Gerber single grain oatmeal cereal for baby, and Gerber 2nd foods nature select fruit.  We put this in a sippy cup along with a ground up My first Flintstones multivitamin.  We give this to him once in the morning and before he goes to bed.  He weighs 30 lbs and is 36 inches tall.  The only thing he wants to eat is chicken nuggets, chicken strips, the topping off of a hamburger pizza, a few bites of macaroni and cheese, and the outer edge of a piece of toast.  He only drinks pepsi or coke, sprite, fresca, water, sweet tea, and sometimes a juice drink.  My main concern is; Is it ok to continue giving him the sippy cup?  How can we get him to eat other foods?  He doesn't even not try other foods.  I let him help me fix breakfast to get him involved in the cooking process and that hasn't help either.  Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.

For your measurements, his weight is between 10-25th percentile and his height is just below the 5th percentile for his age. Based on his weight / age, he should be consuming approximately 1600 calories per day as recommended the following; Fruits (limit fruit juices) = 1.5 cups; Vegetables 2 cups; Grains (cereals, breads) = 5oz equivalents; Meat & beans = 5oz equivalents; Dairy products (milk, yogurt) = 3 cups; Oils = 5 tsp; Additional calories to be used discretionary = 132. This food needs to be divided up between 3 meals and snacks between meals daily. A sippy cup is fine for him to drink from for all meals and snacks. Suggest giving him milk or yogurt smoothies (yogurt, fruit, and ice cream blended) in place of soda. Soda has empty calories and high in sugar. Thank you for your question.
