3 year old under weight

I have a 3 year old daughter , she weighs only 25 lbs . she has been on this weight for about a year , she gained a little bit of height but her weight is same.
She eats very less, is active but absolutely skinny.
Please advice what should i do to build her appetite.. she can go hungry for a whole day.

I suggest you give her nutrient dense drinks, such as, Pedisure or milkshakes instead of milk. Milkshakes are a very good snack and children love to be a part of making them. All it takes is milk or soymilk, ice cream and some banana (any fruit). Whip it up in a blender and you have a drink packed with protein and calories (if used regular dairy products). Give her milkshake or Pedisure at the end of her meals so hopefully she may eat the food first.

I have a 35 month old boy,he also weighs 13 kgs and his weight is same from last 2 years,I can see that he has gained height and he eats ok ,he loves milk, cheese, butter.I give him these things in the middle as a snack so that he puts on some wejght.I also showed him to the growth expert, she said that till the time child is active ,its ok.My son is very active and his milestones are above average ie he can do what a 4 year old can.But I am very worried that why he is not putting on weight as I am always with him taking care of his diet. Please suggest me some diet so that he puts on some weight-Thanks
