EFAs and EAAs

I just want to know what are the EFAs or Essential Fatty Acids that a human body needs particulary the child's human body needs? And I want to know what are the natural food or fruit or vegetable sources of EFAs? I also want to know what are the Amino Acids or Essential Amino Acids that the human body needs particularly the child's and its natural food or fruit or vegetable sources? I am not very excited about synthetic sources really....I just want natural sources..

All food, except fruit, have protein (amino acids) in them, however, egg, meats, fish, and dairy products have all the essential Amino Acids. Plant foods only have partial amino acids. That is why you need to combine plant foods to get all the amino acids, such as rice and beans, and peanut butter on bread. Essential Fatty Acids are fats broken down to its simplest form. The fats good for us are the polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. All of them give us the fatty acids we need. Omega-3 fatty acids, in polyunsaturated oils, can also be found in fish, seeds, and nuts too. Hope this helps you.
