Food for 4 months old baby
Hello Every Body

My daughter is 4 months old. She has been taking breast milk and powder milk...also some time cow milk.

What should I give her now as she is 4 months old?

Infants at this age are recommend to feed only breast milk/ infant formula and infant cereal (rice cereal) so there are not a choice of foods yet. As a recommended guideline for a 3-6 month old child should eat the following: Breast-milk or Formula (6-8oz) 4-6 feedings a day (no cow milk until the age of 1 year), and Infant Cereal (1-2 Tbsp mixed with formula or breast milk) 1-2 feedings a day. Hoped this helped you.
