Frequent Bowel Movements & Not Gaining Weight

My daughter has a bowel movement everytime she goes to the bathroom. It's always solid. She can eat a horse it seems like but she isn't gaining any weight. Is this normal? Or do I need to have this looked into?

Her weight is on the 5th percentile for her age. Children tend to have frequent bowel movements as compared to adults, which is normal. It is great she eats well. Suggest replacing her milk at meals/snacks with milkshakes (milk and ice cream blended), or yogurt smoothies (yogurt, fruit, and ice cream) for additional calories and protein to help with weight gain. If she continues to not gain weight with the milkshakes/smoothies, then have her be seen by her Doctor. Thank you for your question.
