Can you tell me how many ounces of milk I should be giving my daughter. I am receiving conflicting information from different people. I was told at the 1 year check up 16 ozs is fine. However, others tell me that is too little and it should be around 32 ozs.
I just want to know what is the healthiest option. thanks!
