How to help my daughter gain weight

My daughter weighs 63 pounds and is really skinny. She gets picked on at school for weight and it's hurting her self esteem. She is picky and always has been. The older she got she did start to try new foods. Alot of food that will help her gain weight she won't eat it. She love veggies, fruit, salads and meat. The only carb I can get her to eat is mac n cheese and rice and baked potato. I tried pedisure she likes it but I can't afford it. If I can get any suggestions on what will help her gain weight. I am desperate, my daughter looks sick and I brought her to the doctors and she said she's extremely under and to see the nutrionist but even that didn't help. The doctor also ran test to see if anything was wrong with her that would prevent her from being weight appropriate.

Her weight is just below the 25th percentile which indicates she is normal for her age. Instead of Pediasure, suggest giving her milkshakes (milk and ice cream blended), or yogurt smoothies (yogurt, fruit, and ice cream) 2-3 times a day for additional calories and protein for weight gain. Suggest giving her more of the food she likes and add sauces/gravy for additional calories. You can add dry milk (for extra calories) to the mac & cheese, and oatmeal. Hoped this helped you.
