Multivitamin for 12-Year-Old Boy

What is the best multivitamin for a 12-year-old boy?  I have been giving him Flintstones since he was about 2 years old.  He takes Flintstones Complete.  Is there a better vitamin out there for him?  What about a vitamin for a teenage boy?

At 12 years old his is still a child so continue with the vitamins you are giving him. He is entering puberty so he will start to eat more food and grow. Suggest encouraging him to increase his intake of fruits and vegetables (if he eats them), and whole grains to get the vitamins and minerals his body needs. Thank you for your question.
