My 10 weeks old baby ( she was born at 33 weeks) has suddenly stopped eating. She use to eat about 4 oz every 4 hours. For the past 5 days she is only taking 2-3 oz each time? Do I need to contact her doctor?

Suggest you see the Doctor to get checked. Sometimes when their appetite decreases they may not be feeling good such as from a cold or ear infection.
