My 3 month old baby is not gaining enough weight

My 3 month old daughter is refusing to be fed for the last week. She is being exclusively breastfed till now and was gaining weight ok. (BW 2.69kgs) She cry and turn her head away when i try to nurse her. She only gained 300g last month and dr. gave her treatment for thrush and acid reflux as she throw up milk as well. And recomended that we feed her using a spoon. But she refuses to be fed by a spoon and cry and fuses a lot.
Please help, I can only get her to feed in her sleep. She seems ok, happy and active. Trying to roll over and making noices. But i feel awful.
She doesn't take the bottle and sometimes throw up when we try to give her the bottle. I feel so helpless. Please help.

Here are a few suggestions to help with acid reflux. The feeding position is important and should be almost a sitting up position when feeding her. Burp her well. Never lay her down on her back right after eating or ½ hour to 1 hour after feeding because the acid from the stomach goes into the esophagus and causes pain. Raise the head of her crib to a 45-degree angle too so she are not flat on her back. Feeding her 5-6 times day does help. Feeding that way keeps the stomach acid constant which helps the reflux, she grows, and weight increases at a steady pace. If she wants to feed before the 4 hours, give it to her because she should not have an empty stomach with acid reflux. Hoped this helped you.
