Need to know if weight is norm, Q's on fattening her up.

hI, I'm new here... my daughter's weight is on my mind. She is thin an tall.. She fell off the chart when she started to walk. She is really smart and really avtive tho! Her peditrician said as long as shes developing, acts ok and is eating than she is just a small girl. Everyone is built differant, thats what he said.
All my fam. is skinny and my husbands sister is 5.5 and weighs 105 lbs. skinny is just in the family.
I moved and went to a new peditrician, she said to feed her more fatty foods, so I am curious what I can give her to fatten her up. My husband is very allergic to any milk products and allergic to eggs. When he eats milk products he gets sick for like three months and looses lots of weight. For that reason I'm not going to give her milk till I can have her tested, if she got as sick as him I'm sure she could get so sick, she could die. Not a good idea!
Her last dr apt was exactly a month age and she grew 2 in. and gained1.1 lbs.
Her new pediatrician said that if she doesn't gain at least 1 1/2 lbs in 1 month that she wants to put her on a flux controll medicne. What? I looked it up on line and I can't find anything about babys beeing put on this med. Even babys with reflux problems. She never throws up or spits up or anything, only gets the hichups occasionaly.
She is a picky eater and is teething right now so that doesn't help. But when she isn't teething she eats pritty well. She's just skinny.
I think I am going to get her another dr...Well she is just a nurs practitioner. if that makes any dif.
Please, if anyone has advise or answers, please let me know :)

Her weight is below the 5th percentile and her height is just above the 75th percentile for her age. If you are concerned about allergies, suggest getting her tested at an Allergist as soon as possible. If she is not allergic, then she is open to trying all types of food. In the meantime, the substitutes for dairy products are soymilk, rice milk, almond milk, soy cheese, soy yogurt, soy ice cream, and rice ice cream. Soy products (which has no dairy, all plant-base) and she will be getting all the nutrients she would have gotten from milk. Make milkshakes out of soy milk, soy yogurt, (can use soy ice cream) and frozen fruit which will give her extra calories, protein, vitamins and minerals at all meals.
