My almost 12 month old has started finger foods and refuses to eat any kind of baby food- especially from a jar. HELP!!!!! How do I make sure she is getting what she needs. She is still taking a bottle.

Let her eat all the foods you eat now (cut-up in small pieces) since she does not want baby food. She may make a mess but she is learning how to eat regular food. Give her a spoon to try to use too. She will get enough nutrients from milk from the bottle. If you are really concerned, then give her chewable children daily multi-vitamins.
