Should I be worried about her weight?

by rob1106, Dec 29, 2008 09:06AM
My daughter is 15 years old, she is 5 ft 1 in and weights about 130.  She is very active in sports and fairly muscular.  She doesn't like fruits and vegetables.  When should I be concerned about her weight?

You stated that she was muscular. Does she appear overweight? Her weight maybe due to her lean body muscle. Muscle weights more than fat and when people start to do weight exercising I recommend they use a measuring tape to measure their body and not a scale because they may gain weight or may not lose weight. If you are still concerned, then suggest a general daily multi-vitamin because she does not consume fruits or vegetables.
